Need help with Airport Tycoon 1 (Airport Inc)

I know this post isn't about this game, but I'm assuming some of you were vets at the first airport tycoon game (air mogul, airport inc) back in 2000 eras. I'm on hard mode trying to get a airport started with passengers only.. I could get it started in berlin, but struggle with other cities. Any tips to attract those contracts?

I know this post isn't the answer to the question you asked, but I'm assuming you like toast, so here is a recipe to make toast.

1. Get a slice of bread
2. Plug in the toaster and switch it on
3. Place bread in the toaster
4. Push the lever to lower the toast
5. Wait a few minutes for the toast to pop up out of the toaster
6. Take the toast out of the machine being careful not to burn your hands
7. Place the toast on a plate
8. Spread a little bit of the butter on the toast using a knife
9. Cut the toast in half using the knife

Great response! As for the original question.... that was just plain bizarre. My guess would be the vast majority of us here have never tried Airport Tycoon. Perhaps try doing a search with a reputable search engine (i.e. nothing that relies on Google) for Airport Tycoon or Airport Inc. (whatever it's actually called since you wrote both). That will probably get you a few forums where your question is appropriate and more people might actually be able and interested in assisting you (assuming anyone other than you still plays that outdated game).

i woud start whit cargo\ and cargo storage . then save money and slowly get into pax. after i wile you will earn enogh only from the pax. you cant afford to build a terminal whit good service on hard stright away. or you can cheat money or play on easy

I agree with xerator. Cargo was always a cash cow for me. I seemed to have the best luck in Munich overall. Havana for some reason had a nice steady stream early on for cargo. Make sure to keep your ratings up, upgrade ASAP, and keep an eye on check-in desk. Flowers/grass/trees will help keep ratings going up. thx for your responses airport tycoon vets. Actually I rebuilt Miami intl actually going from a real airport diagram, building the terminal based on the limited engine.. But I'm having a huge problem that I was stuck for for days.. Is that with a big airport and 4 runways, I'm having a hard time getting planes to want to actually taxi off the runway. They just land, then take off again. Then my other issues is how does the path finding work for the ai planes? It seems one aircraft will just hold others up from miles, where they just dissepear with "pilots are complaining" messages. Any ways around that or how to deal with it?

how do you cheat money tho

i think cheat engine works on that game but im not shure. never tested to cheat in it.

Why passengers from remote parking cannot get to the terminal and stand in the shuttle parking?

because you didn't connect the boarding desks to stands OR stands to shuttle/service cars OR your secure/international zones aren't connected properly

The Shuttle took passengers to a stop in front of the terminal, to the gate, but they can not get into the terminal. Please describe the logic of connecting shuttles to the game. Security seems to be all right. After all, when the plane is parked at the terminal, there are no problems.

Your zones are wrong. Make sure you have secure zone including the space where the door is so its connected to secure zone completely and where your path/airside stop and exits are in the same secure zone. As for the "logic" do the tutorial.
