@djfick1957: There is no bug. It works fine. Can you provide a savegame ZIP file on a file sharing service?

Savegames are at C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Apoapsis Studios\Airport CEO\Saves
Replace USER with your computer user name. ZIP it into an archive and put the ZIP file on a file sharing service such as Dropbox. Provide the link here.
i just can not get past this step in the tutorial, i am really stuck here and can not get the baggage to work, i have included 5 screenshots to show what i have done

To provide a savegame:
1) Open any directory on your computer
2) To determine your username on your computer.
Enter: C:\users into the directory address bar. Your username will be there with some other folders like Default and Public.
3) copy/paste the above link into the directory address bar. Change USER to your username on your computer.
4) This folder contains your savegames.
5) Right-click the savegame folder you want and select save to archive (or something similar). I use 7-zip
6) Upload that ZIP archive to Dropbox or another file-sharing site you have an account on. Perhaps Microsoft OneDrive?
7) Provide the link here
