problem with baggage escalator up

hi,

i am stuck on tutorial 3, 3/7, i have the conveyor belt running behind the check in desks above ground then do escalator down and run it over to the baggage bay area, but then when i try to do escalator up it stays red color and says that it needs to be placed under terminal area which is where i am in the baggage area, is that a bug or what

Make sure you have a terminal foundation built on the floor you're trying to send the conveyor to.

@slinkaz: I assume there is a terminal tile there because the baggage bay MUST be built on terminal tiles.
@djfick1957: There is no bug. It works fine. Can you provide a savegame ZIP file on a file sharing service?

No that won't work. The topmost escalator is not pointing to the conveyor belt; it's perpendicular. And the bottom escalator has a conveyor behind it. What are you trying to do?

Well, everything looks connected.
To provide a savegame:
1) Open any directory on your computer
2) To determine your username on your computer.
Enter: C:\users into the directory address bar. Your username will be there with some other folders like Default and Public.
3) copy/paste the above link into the directory address bar. Change USER to your username on your computer.
4) This folder contains your savegames.
5) Right-click the savegame folder you want and select save to archive (or something similar). I use 7-zip
6) Upload that ZIP archive to Dropbox or another file-sharing site you have an account on. Perhaps Microsoft OneDrive?

i am not having any luck stoner, i go to c drive, then users then my user name, but i cant find the rest after that, i dont know what else to do

the folders may be hidden. Don't click on any folder. After you determine your user name, enter the WHOLE string I provided, replacing USER. Does that work

ok, i found the folder, and i do have 7-zip, what should i click in on the options from there then?

Right-click on the folder containing your savegame and select 7-zip to archive it.

ok, i clicked on add to archive, but no screen came up after that so now what do i do? sorry to sound so dumb but i have never done anything with zip files before

i think i know why the baggage wont go on the belts, in the tutorial it says to drag out a baggage area and to me it looks like that needs to be done to put the carousel area on, but when i try to drag that area out in the terminal area it is red color, it is not green so i think that is a bug that the devs need to fix

nix to my last comment, i finally got it, just had to do the steps in reverse order some what
