Second Floor Stand Connection

Does anyone know how I connect the stand to the second floor? Thought all I had to do was extend the foundation to the stand but due to foundation needed on first floor, it connects to my first floor

Build a Boarding Desk on the second floor. Connect from the Boarding Desk to the Stand. Ensure the second floor is zoned secure. The second floor must be built atop first floor terminal tiles. I assume you are referring to a Medium Stand. If you are referring to Small Stand, they connect to first floor only.

I did what you stated above but the passengers always unboard and board on first floor only

If I don’t have a door on first floor it says stand not connected to secure zone even though I know my zones are done properly

Can you post screenshots of your first and second floors with the zones shown?

Also, I assume you have a jetway installed on the Stand? If not, then they will board on the first floor with the aid of a Stair Truck.
