Can't buy service cars for baggage

Hi

Version 24.1.1.

I tryed to build a airport without GA support.
Now its up running with small aircraft only, but I can't but service cars for handling baggage. The cars don't turn up on my list over stuff to order. So I need to send the aircraft away without baggage.
Tried to build 1 GA stand and landed 2 planes but still no cars to buy.
This is the first time I try to build a airport without first start with GA. Only thing I'm missing is a AV100 fuel depot, but I don't need this.
Do I need to build this to get access to the baggage cars?

And research the baggage dealy in procurement?

Baggage system turn on, but I have not researced any special tilt tray and so on.

There are listed required items to buy them do you have a vehicle depot? for them when idle

Have depot because my fuel system is up running.

So for the baggage carts you need a convoyer belt system, road checkpoint and a vehicle depot

The problem solved: Train Baggage system.
Fault in the game. Can build a Baggage system and turn it on in operations, without Baggage systems trained. Baggage is moved from the check in to the pickup point.

Another strange thing. I could buy the baggage cars before my training of the baggage system was done.
