Repairing Runways and Stands - suggestion

with regards to this improvement ACEO-1025] - COO now makes sure runways and stands are repaired automatically

a suggestion would be to make it take time (instead of instantly) to fix a runway or stand that would disrupt air traffic as a result.

either construction workers or service technicians would be the ones to start repairing

The runways have to be repaired too often at the moment. It would be important to decrease the rate for this and the costs should be increased.

how does the COO auto repair actualy works?

It repairs when a structure drops to 0% and is used by an airplane.
