Check-In Queue too long ??

So i have two check desks for each medium flight, maned with two employees each, however the check-in closes before all pax went through, which means the boarding process cannot be completed. Are my queues too long or whats happening?

Possibly. Or specifically, there's too much traffic for your infrastructure to handle. Watch for where there's a build-up. In your case it's at check-in, so it likely means that you need to add a third or even fourth desk to ease some congestion.

i didnt use the queue and it works fine for me, very patient passangers :)

Well point being, as i have 8 check ins they still just man two check ins even of the other desks are unoccupied

Maybe your workers at the check in are crap XD fire and hire better ones

So wait, you have employees to man all 8 check-ins and they only man two? That seems like weird logistics in the programming, then. I'll have to test it out on my end as I expand, it might be something we just have to wait for improvements on. (Or it could be an outright bug.)

Its great programming. Go to an Airport to check in into your flight. 50 check in desks and only 4 open for your airline. And one is goldmember only. And another one buisiness only and the other 2 have snail workers XD

Well i figured, all my passangers pass the check-in as they all have the boarding pass but for some reason 20-30 pax per flight refuse to go thru security check check whilst the other 100 paxes are totally fine
