Contractor Managment
I can't seem to decrease the number of contractor employees on site. I hold the control key but no luck.

If you go to operations panel, and then to the constructions tab where you initially called your contractors you should be able to dismiss all or to select a certain number

big red button "dismss" isnt working?

You need to set the number to dismiss first with the arrows next to the button. Or select the little red dismiss all button
