Fuel Trucks Broken?
I unlocked the Avgas Depot and bought the depot and truck, and ordered some fuel. I have plenty of ramp agents, but the planes never get fuel. I check the "Job Tasks" and i see that it assigns someone (Or thing?) to do it, then it cancels itself and labels the job as "delayed" and as such the planes never get any fuel. Is this an error on my end or on the game's end?

Any ideas?

i had same issue, check operations and make sure refueling is selected.

Same issue here. I've got 3 avgas fuel trucks 100% loaded in the vehicle depot and GA planes at the ramps requesting fuel, but the trucks won't leave their depot and actually refuel the planes. I figure this has got to be a pathing issue between service roads and taxi ways, but I'll be damned if I can figure it out (And I do have refueling enabled in operations). Frustrating.

Yep, the fuel tanks and vehicle depot are both on the same service road and that service road runs into the built in service roads on the small aircraft stands.

Does the refueling truck approach the plane from the front of the stand or from behind the stand? Or does it matter? I tried adding a service road along the side of the stand and then across the taxiway behind the stand on the odd chance the fuel truck had to approach from the side or rear, but it didn't seem to matter - the trucks still refuse to leave the depot.

The only solution I can think of is to bulldoze the entire airside service road/taxiway network and try again.

Really hopeful the devs can include some sort of pathing "highlight" tool in future builds which will make it easier to diagnose where the connection is failing.

The fuel trucks come from the service road part that is auto built when you build a stand.
Not sure if i adked, but.. ia it the right type of fuel? GA needs avgas

Ok, interesting thing just happened. I fired up the game again and loaded the same save. As soon as the airport loaded, a fuel truck left the depot and refueled a single GA aircraft - but - it only filled it to 98% and then returned to the depot...and when it returned to the depot, it still had 100% fuel on the truck. There was also a GA aircraft in the stand right next to the aircraft which the fuel truck had just visited which was also requesting fuel - the fuel truck ignored it, returned to the depot like I mentioned and never left again. And the other Avgas truck in the depot (I have two of them) sat there with 100% fuel onboard and just stayed in the depot the entire time this was going on instead of leaving to service the other GA craft. Has to be bugged I think. I'll report it.

Try closing and reopening the vehicle depot.

Mine are stuck up at the road block, a queue of trucks, yes road connected. Do I need a staff to lift the barrier?

No the vehicle checkpoint requires no staff

I hit this issue, do you have two roadblocks? It took me ages to realise they're one-way and all vehicles just got stuck trying to leave so I imagine you need one entrance and one exit. Try this, see if it helps?

I've had the same issue and found a bug: Check the fuel type of your first depot. I have unlocked Jet A1 services only and thus cannot select "Avgas" as a fuel depot type. Yet my first depot spawned as an avgas depot. The second one (with a manual right click selection on Jet A1) then was of the proper type.

Build a service road next to the GA parking road.

I fixed it, i added a extra road, and i called "request extra refuel" on the Fuel Depot

I had the same issue and I just found the problem, went to write it here and it's here already :D So when you're going to build the fuel depot, first select a fuel variation in that little window.

As of the last update, my fuel trucks now work perfectly. Thanks Dev's!
