Why don't my board members go to their desks.

I created seperate staff rooms for each board member put a desk in there and assigned them to the staff room. But they never seem to go there. Or do they and I just can't see them, because I also can not find them anywhere else.
This is my terminal the board offices are on the left.

they won;t go there till they actually need rest. make sure that they aren't allowed into any of your other staff rooms as well, always good to double check.

Thanks I will, but for board members working at their desk is their job.

they don;t do anything at their desks though. simply having them accomplishes what ever tasks they are needed for. if you have board members and don''t have any desks at all their jobs are still completed right? it doesn't say, no desk can't work...

Yes, I know that, but then why have a desk? There are lots of things that you can place in the game which do not have any effect. The desk is just another one of them, but I want them to go sit at them, just another thing to add to the list. BTW the devs are doing great and even though I have almost run out of things to do already, fine tuning is fun.

To have each board staff going to a respective room :
1) close all staff rooms
2) clear the list of authorized staff on each room
3) tick the right authorized staff on each room
4) open the rooms...

I made a specific room for each board member with only a desk and 2 or 3 seats and they go at their desk but in fact they don't do anything at this moment in the game

NB : make sure that these rooms are reachable.

They prefer sitting in a sofa than the desks. Had a private CEO office, he never touched the desk at all.

i made an office block and alocated each room to diffrent board members, with teh CEO getting a large room with many plants and chairs.
they spend most of their time in their own rooms but occasionally visit the staff in the main staff room

I do not think that the office desks are more than "Internet Terminals" for rest breaks.
