Ramp agents won't go to baggage bay

So my ramp agents are just standing outside the airport and it says they can't access the baggage bay? I can't see any way that they wouldn't be able to get to it... help?

Check the route they need to take to get there. If it is via a secure zone make sure that all areas they pass through are also secure (including any outside areas they have to pass through to get there)

They won't go into a secure area unless it's through a security checkpoint, and they won't exit unless it's through an official exit. Make sure the checkpoint is manned and open.

also need crosswalks and sidewalks if necessary to your situation.

Yes. What I meant was that if your staff need to enter a secure area to get to their destination then the whole route (once entering the secure area) needs to be secure or you need to have a way for the staff to exit the secure area.. In both scenarios you need a route that the staff can follow
