Where is fan + combat improvement?

Well im running around for eternity to hopefully be able to use the workbench to scrap my inventory that is totally overloaded. Any idea? its such a pain, the game should have clearer objectives.

Also will we get a combat improvement? it works so far but its quite awkward, it doesn't feel all that fluent

You can scrap anywhere, did you learn the skill?

We are already working on combat changes.

Well..now if the game would've told me that it would be a skill x.x I did checked the skill tree though and didn't found it, guess I have to look again when im playing at my friends place next time. Anyway thanks for the response, you surely got a nice concept and potencial
