Does the DLC for Atomic Heart have a tutorial?
I would like to buy the DLC for the game, but I haven't played Atomic Heart for quite some time so I forgot the control scheme and I was wondering if I start the DLC, will there be a tutorial for key bindings at the beginning of the game?

One of the very first things I do when starting a new game is OPEN the keybindings as soon as the game allows it.

Now I can check bindings and (in your case) refresh my memory of the skills and other options available to me through those bindings.

It's also a great way to see what you will eventually unlock and be able to use as a new player.

Plus I invert my vertical mouse settings anyways.

I had played atomic heart at launch couple of years ago. Today I started the DLC and had no problem whatsoever with controls. I am playing on Keyboard mouse and all the controls are intuitive or shown on screen (for abilities, interactions and picking up items etc)

The "Annihilation Instinct" DLC don't have a full-fledged tutorial, but as Captain Phasedent mentioned it's not really needed. The keys to using specific abilities are always shown on-screen, and the DLC ramps up slowly as you do not even get access to some of your abilities until an hour or so into the DLC.

The "Trapped in Limbo" DLC don't have any at all, but it is also sort of simpler (in some ways) in nature compared to the main game and DLC. However the lack of a tutorial section, or a slowly increasing difficulty scale, is also what harms this DLC the most and what seems to be the primary reason why so few players recommend it on Steam.

This DLC has very little combat gameplay akin to the regular game/other DLC, and instead it plays mostly like the custom surf maps that was so popular in Counter-Strike at one point. On top of this it is also partially climb focused, which means most of its gameplay are quite heavily customized and affected by the player movement as well as physics engine (which can bug out at times).
