Both tribalistic actually lol.
Personally I think it would be amazing if they got Class-action sued for their false advertising to their customer base. You are absolutely correct in that they are setting a low bar for the industry.
Its idiotic though because as a game developer you would want to increase goodwill among your customers. Not make false promises and then under deliver and ignore which is what they've done and continue to do.
They have truly destroyed their customer base because of their actions though and karma's a ♥♥♥♥♥ so... pretty stupid really.
I will never purchase another game from them again and I'm sure others feel the same way.
Unfortunately this is not the case. All the new generation of gamers think that Scumfish is their friend. Because they make funny meme-e vids on their youtube. Where they get praised to high heaven. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efxikzr9UYo Here they blatantly advertise their second payed DLC with some stupid meme-e vid. And all the fanboys praise it. Not a single post asking to fix the day 1 bugs that are still in the game or you know.. the raytracing.
Gamers have become cucks. Or pay pigs.
No way they are STILL working on the RT patch, this is soft blocked by the developer.

Well no surprise if you divert ALL human resource towards making and releasing 2!!! Payed for DLC... You should have given people the option to cancel their pre-orders. No questions asked.. And spend at least HALF the time communicating this as you and Nvidia did (which you abused for their marketing) about a vital feature missing in the game.
Too little too late, you played us like a fiddle and me and many others lost al trust in your company.. I bet Nvidia themselves don't want you as a partner anymore either..
Also fix the DAY 1 bug that I reported twice already, which you consistently ignore and i spend about 1 hour on just for the reporting itself...
No amount of stupid marketing campaigns can make up for the blatant disregard you have for your ethics..

You have lost all my "patience" a long long time ago, and instead of "continued support" you made me into the biggest opponent of your scummy company. Because it is OBVIOUS that you don't deliver on your promises but abused Nvidia's marketing arm and played gamers like a fiddle.
well at least it saved me some money...I've been waiting for the RT patch before buying the game...should be at a nice 75% discount by the time the RT patch is finally released
