u need this:

1. Go to the Steam\steamapps\common\Atomic Heart\AtomicHeart\Content\Movies.
   
2. Replace Launch_FHD_60FPS_PC_Steam.mp4 in any other place on system.
   
3. Create an empty text file and name it Launch_FHD_60FPS_PC_Steam.mp4.
   
4. Click YES on warning.
   
5. Start game via Steam once.
   
6. Save ur 40 sec.

new!
or u just can delete Launch_FHD_60FPS_PC_Steam.mp4. they say it works.

2. It appears that you can just remove/delete/place elsewhere the video as well. I just took it out of the folder and put it somewhere else in my PC. Launched without a hitch.

hmmm.. I did this primarily and my game refused to start. after I returned the file (and created a blank) everything started without problems.

It works.
For sure it works when you just cut the "Launch_FHD_60FPS_PC_Steam.mp4" and paste it God knows where ;)
