[SERIOUS] Why is this game so sexual?

I'm no prude, but seriously, do the devs have a robofetish or something? Why are the robots all so sexualized? It's kind of obnoxious trying to play this around other people, and I definifely don't need Nora going on a thirsty rant every time I want to upgrade my guns.

Your comment makes no sense anyways. Entitlement? I didn't say I should get my money back for the game, so that doesn't make sense. The entire premise of your comment doesn't make sense, because people generally don't buy games only after reading about every detail within it, generally people get an overall idea from trailers and a few reviews and dive in to experience the game with minimal knowledge of it's story and intricacies.
It's also not virtue signaling. I'm not pretending to care about something for clout and social acceptance, I'm actually doing the opposite; standing with the OP who asked a valid question that hyper-sexualized young men like yourself fail to answer with any integrity, since all you know how to do is mock those you disagree with. That's just your opinion though. I believe it adds a delightful flavor to the game. It's a game that's not afraid to address adult players.

I haven't finished it yet. I suspect there's some weird thing going on with the Major enjoying crawling through slimy tunnels only to jump out with the home key. Same for the phallic machines you see thrusting away on some of the labs.

The games seems to be full of sexual allusions overt and not which I find quite amusing.

The twins are pretty mild in comparison.

This is a game design discussion which I welcome. MundFish could have easily made this a PEGI 16 game and had an even larger audience by stripping this out and putting in innuendo and be a True Spiritual Successor to BioShock.

There's not even any sex in it, at least outside of written and spoken references to it and then the ballerinas are sexy and Nora is explicitly horny and perverted but she's also a 3D printer shaped like a 1950s fridge.

Honestly, I'd actually go so far as to say that the people claiming the game is super horny have over exaggerated that aspect to an insane degree, however a lot of the blame for that lies with the developers marketing the game so heavily with the twins (which to be fair they actually turned out to have very significant plot importance so that even makes sense.)
