XBOX ONE S Bug

Two times in a row, my character freezes while breaking crates with the knuckles in Deepest Ruin. The first time on the second floor, the second time in the first floor.
You can still see the character breathing and the other enemies moving around, but I can't open any menus. I have to end my game completey and restarting it on a different day after the first crash didn't fix it.
I made sure to save my game after the last mission, but I really don't want to keep restarting the same day and not being able to get far into Deepest Ruins.
The game is up to date.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Could you please try to power cycle your console and then restart the game to see if the problem still persists?

To do this step please close the game, then turn it off and unplug the console for 2-5 minutes.

That didn't work. Eventually, I just left the game alone for a week and when I got back to it, I used the sword to hit crates instead of the knuckles and it hasn't happened since.
