Didn't get a Steel Beam diagram when accepting commission.

So I ran to Commerce Guild to pick up the best commission before Higgins.

There was a commission for new item Steel Beam. According to Wiki page I should get a diagram when accepting the commission.

After leaving Commerce Guild I went to Mayor and new main mission started to build a bridge and road to South Block.

Is the mission bugged now or I missing something.

With out the diagram I cannot proceed.

If you have a commission for a steel beam, but the bridge mission has not started yet, please cancel the steel beam commission. It should kick start the bridge mission for you.
