Street Lights Commission never showed up

Title says it all I beat Higs to the board every single day once I got the mail and they where never there and there are invisible lights where they should be placed. Im now way past the point where they should have been built and im in the desert parts yet still havent seen 1 pop up.

If the yellow outlines are present. You never got the commission from Gale and you never got the blueprint?

The mission is supposed to work so that you craft the street lights on the workbench, and you carry them in your inventory, and place them directly on the yellow outlines.

They are not yellow outlines to be placed they are just clear and I can craft them cause I made several for my area.

But did you try to place it down by bringing a light over to them? Did you pick up the commissions to put the lights down? I think there is two commissions for the lights. You can get the blueprint but not the commissions as that'll happen a lot in this game. Reading the scripts or listening to the characters can help you figure out how to do things and give hints on how to complete certain quests/commissions.

If you can craft the street lights, the quest should be active. If you keep the street light(s) on your hotbar and stand next to the outlines (I might have got the colour wrong), the interface should change to allow you to place the street lamp right away.

Im telling you that I can not place them even with them on me NOTHING shows up there is no interact nothing just a clear white outline where they should be placed.

I am having a similar issue, I get the letter from Gale about setting up street lights however the commissions never show up, if I get the blueprint from Paulie it will not allow me to place one after I craft it.

Yeah I finished the game without ever getting that mission lol so deleted the save and the 2nd playthrough I got it and I did everything the same so no idea what even triggers the issue
