Jet Engine Fail to Build

I am against "Pa" in making a plane. Won't be able to make it as the Jet Engine won't build itself.

What do you mean by "won't build itself"? Are you saying you have all the parts and cannot craft it on the level 3 worktable or in the factory?

If so, and if you are using the factory, have you tried putting the required parts in your inventory and crafting it on your old worktable outside?

I have tried with the factory and the engine was stuck at 2H 40M in the build phase. All the parts needed are available to it. I will try with the regular worktable as the factory isn't doing anything

If the factory ceases the production process, then it could mean:
- that some of the materials run out (please check the left sidebar of your Auto Worktable panel)
- that there's not enough fuel to continue (please check you Central Power Supply)

I also having this problem. It just sits in my factory (lvl2) queue with 2h15m left. at first it showed an icon in the top-right corner for the assembly station. i removed the item I had set to build in the manual side of my assembly station and then the little icon disappeared but the factory still won't craft the jet engine.

I have plenty of the materials it's asking for:

220/72 aluminum ore
82/24 magnesium ore
2290/24 manganese ore
2/2 military engine

It just won't craft in the factory.

Yes, I have same issue. All basic materials are there but factory does not start making any of the sub parts.

I don't know why this happened, I made the items manually finally. Maybe because the furnace was overloaded ? It was in red colour and 24/10

Same issue. This is a bug. I had all the required materials but the time was stuck at 2 hrs 14 min for days. I eventually stopped it, made it manually and all was fine.

If the number is in red - like in the 24/10 example above - it means that you're trying to make a build on a the factory that requires a production capacity of 24 for a given task, but that you've only supplied 10. If you're trying to build a stack of smaller items that - in themselves - are smaller than the actual capacity, the factory will build them but just very slowly. If you're trying to build a huge item that - in itself requires a capacity higher than what you've supplied - it will never complete.

In the factory, you need the correct amount of equipment for the task. Each piece of equipment has a load capacity on the left side. One electric furnace gives a load capacity of 10. For the jet engine, you need to fill a capacity of 24 so you would need three electric furnaces. If you have an insufficient capacity, the numbers will come up red.
