Arlo stalks you after speaking about Nora

I had to replay the game because of an bug with the Portia bridge which is now already solved so the bug I mentioned above happend to me twice.

The moment Arlo is telling you he have to discuss something with you the bug starts because he imidiatly tells you he has no time for you now directly after that but still follows you. You then can go to the bench in front of the place where the museum will be and talk with him about Nora. The Quest is done, he thanks you....and starts stalking you. He do not stop to follow you wherever you go.I used it to solve the dungeon with Sam, took the buggy Arlo with me to have an additional char to help me which worked perfectly. But at the evening he even followed me to my house....to my bed....and he stood in front of my house the next morning waiting for me which was really really creepy.
I recognized, that when you simply restart the whole game, he is gone. He stops following you and does whatever he has to do on his normal day. You will not loose any process.
So it appears as not a big bug. But it is kinda creepy xD
