But yes, the outfits were just recently changed in the recent update that added the previously mobile-exclusive DLC outfits. I believe the change came about due to the longstanding popular opinion being that the female outfit should be changed to match Emily's outfit. This change was first implemented on the mobile port and has now been integrated into the Steam version, as well.

To be clear, I don't dislike the changes to the top, I just really liked the old one - would rather have both.
The skirt was more the issue for me. I hate all the skirts/dresses as it removes half my wardrobe choices as a female character. I like pants. It would be nice to see the outfits being less gendered, OR both options offered in "Sandrock."
It's a minor quibble, I know, but just something I hope you'll consider.
And I love that I got some more cool pants options in the new DLC!
I utterly love the game so, so, so much!
