Games like this one (alt version)
I am trying to find a game like "My Time at Portia" that would put me to my paces. (yes I know there is Sandrock). In this game you can take on work and are held to time limits. It isn't just "go at your own pace" it is more "set the pace, but you better deliver".

Games like stardew valley, dinkum, staxel, forager, factorio, satisfactory, graveyard keeper, and sun heaven are all "go at your own pace" games. They don't give you the grueling pace you can set yourself to like in this game.

i feel like most of these are generally designed as go at our own paste in this genre. The more paced ones are your city builders/strategy like Anno 1880

I feel like i just saw one a week ago like you want. Kind of like "Moondrop" or something - actually moondrop may be the one i'm thinking of.

you probably won't really find anything 3d like this more 2d graphics, unless you go more roguelike?

Personally, I like roots of pacha. They have a system where the whole village contribution could unlock new techs..so even days where you dont have much things to contribute you still feel there are progressions. The game has no battles only various puzzles. It is already on full release, patch 1.0 but it felt like what is early stardew valley.. many things felt incomplete and lacking content here and there.

Another one I played is called immortal life. Its a farming sim games x chinese cultivation genre. Its like rune factory with some story progressions and dungeons/boss fight. The game can be quite janky just like portia but I like many of the gameplay elements.
