Label chests instead of just colors
Since all of em can be access from one. It would be easier to just choose out of the list.

You can already do that. Place the chest, click the option to change colour, and the next screen will show you the chest's default name.

You can change the name there without also changing the colours, so customising chest names is completely free.

I'd like to see them alphabetized. Numbers and Letters ... so I can have like 01 Wood or 06 Parts 1 and 06 Parts 2

Click on "wooden storage" and it should bring up your cursor and allow you to rename it.

Oh you have to do it when you click change color.

Yes. It is hidden under the "change colour" option. But you don't need to change the colour as well.
