There is a lot of them growing behind the WOW factory, leaf trees with yellow greenish flowers. You will find the cinnamon when you take them down with an axe.

I searched for them yesterday.
They are North of the WOW factory. They are the wider trees with big leaves, not the pine trees or the high small trees.
I also read that they have yellow flowers/ leaves, but since it is winter in my game I could only see white xD

Here my chara is standing right in front of a cinnamon tree - the yellow flowers are a bit hard to see.
