Missing Character Missions

So here I am, with about twelve thousand things to do in a day always feeling like I'm pressured into doing this to get that done and doing that to get this done, and this one character's personal mission that I said I was going to do later disappears; specifically, the Phyllis' Remedy mission.

Do these character missions ever reappear during the whole of playtime? Have I missed out for the whole entire rest of my playthrough?

It's not like I'd make a new character at this point to sit through everything all over again, waiting hours upon hours for crafting stations to make materials to make more crafting stations to make money to make this and do that; it's still, however, very annoying to think that I've missed out on part of the game when I didn't even notice a "time limit" on a mission that I haven't started yet, and may never start at this point.

you can always go back day or several days by using "load" from the menu. that way you can pick up something you missed while only losing a day or two and not the entire game.

the side missions are not critical, but they are interesting.
