Resilience? Action Point? What are these?

So I have these equipment which give me +12% Resilience, not sure what that stat does. It's not there in the list.

The Church store also sell a clothes set that give +1 Action Point each, and I don't know what that stat does as well.

Could someone tell me (and also are there other hidden stats like these?)

When you go on a date with someone, each date activity takes a set amount of action points. The clothes offered by the church give extra action points so your dates can have more activities and further improve your potential friendship increase at the end of the date.
