How do you donate fish please to the Museum please?

I want to get Master Fishing Rod

It can be hard to spot which is odd when you actually find it.

I didn't see it at first but it's upstairs on the left as you go up, It fills the whole wall which once you've spotted it, you really feel a bit stupid for not seeing it before. I did lol :-)
