I can't seem to trigger her quest, what makes her ask you to build one?

You have to try marrying her. She will refuse you until you have built a clinic.

Wait what ??? Phyllis is my BFF (10 hearts) in the Game and i ask me all the time when she finally start her Quest for her own Clinic ... I don't know that I have to be that close to her. I thought you only have to increase her Friendship Level to get the Quest.
I'm married to Arlo so i never get her own Clinic because I was never that close to her ?

you don't have to married her, just get the ring and give it to her as gift, see how that works
if it works like intended you get a new quest, talk to those peeps, get the items, give them to her, next day talk to sam, and build the clinic
well not realy build, you have to buy a building, and change it a bit

I try to give her the Ring but she complaining that i'm married and thats not cool that I do that.
So i have to quit with my Husband and then try to give her the Ring for the Clinic ?

As i know from the Quest i build the Southblock but i dunno if Phyllis told me before, that she want to build a clinic for herself ... if she did than she still work in Dr. Xu's Clinic.
The only thing i know was the she want's a Fan ... that's all.
