HOWEVER, you can certainly continue to...
- max out relationships
- get every reconstructed relic
- fill up the museum (mine still has 0 items on display)
- get one chest full of every resource
- make 10 bazillion gold
- ...
basically, whatever you want to do :-) It's a grinding game, and you can certainly continue to grind towards the more elusive things.
The pro to that is you can try find a different spouse (unless you don't mind to break up and divorce a lot to do that all in one game).
If you don't want to start over:
Well what you could try is playing all the way through Ginger's story after marrying her - there is some event in year 5 which was changed recently with an update due to massive player protest.
Also maybe you'd like catching and breeding all the king fish?
You could also try to get all the rare furniture from the Round table.
Win all the Festivals.
Mine out an entire Abandoned Mine level (yes somebody in the forum actually did that).
Try to finish every single level of the deepest ruin with an S rank.
