What is a better mount? The cotton llama or the white horse?
I have a fully trained white horse, I have a cotton llama. Stat wise they're really similar with the llama doing some things better and the horse doing other things better stat wise.
The white horse seems a little slower and the llama's bouncy gallop means it autojumps small things like fences. The horse needs to be told.
Would prefer an opinion from someone with more experience with both though.
Of course, the stable holds two animals (edit: apparently three), so you don't really have to choose. I never use my llama anymore, but I just can't get myself to sell it.
I prefer the white horse, the bouncing of the llamas make me sick after awhile. I love the llamas but riding them is not doable for me.
It is a low spawn chance, just keep killing. Everytime a llama spawns there is a chance it will be a Cotton Lllama. Same for all the elite animals.
There's more info on the Cotton Llama[mytimeatportia.fandom.com] and Ride Animals[mytimeatportia.fandom.com] pages on the wiki, if you wanna take a look. The Ride Animals page now has stat comparisons for the animal mounts.
Just FYI, if you get motion sickness or something similar, the bouncier rides that llamas offer might be an unpleasant experience for you, according to some players. I got used to it after a while, personally.
Not true, I have had more than one spawn in a day. It is just a low random chance when a llama spawns for it to be cotton.
BUt then again I get more than one Snake in the Box, so I guess the same rules could apply and maybe I'm just not a lucky feller when it comes to Llamas...
Cheers..!
