What you're saying is you would mine a bit, go outside to the hotspring, get in then go back and have to do that sevral times a day? And that's OP to you?
I have like about 10 apples trees fully grown, I have constently hundred of apples, that I don't even have to bother fertilize and harvest myself as my helpers do it for me. And with just 6-7 racks I have a Good stock of dried apples all the time, and don't need to move from where I'm mining to get all my stamina easily, and actually can - if I wanted, which I don't usually - spend the whole day mining, every day for a while.
I really don't think anyone would be using the hot spring like you says then when you can do otherwise so much better, so it doesn't really matter if they're OP or not imo.
In any case, I think that it's nice that when we have advanced far enough in the story, upgraded our land/home/equipments and have other things to do, the stamina isn't a problem anymore. Because it shouldn't. At the beginning yes, but when you become a good, experienced builder with higher lvls etc, you shouldn't have to worry about that, the challenge some players would still need would be meet in other things, like finishing the Deepest Ruins for instance.
So yeah I think it's fine, or at least not something the devs should waste their time on changing when there are way more important things to fix/improve.
Leaving the mine, running ot the spring, running back to the mine takes longer than clickign the food to replenish.
There are easy recipes you can do from the the start for stamina once you get the cook pot such as Golden Salmon, Rice and Spice. 1% Stamina per second for 30 seconds, 30% stamnina regain.
My problem is that all other ways are either per-day or something you prepare beforehand by yourself. With HS though. you just pay small amount of gold and that's all, you can do that unlimited times per day. That's why I think it should be limited somehow too, like dining in Round Table.
