So I got this for doing commerce guild inspections.
Wiki says it's useless, it sells for 500 gold and I think I can gift it for +18 to the chick who males clothes.
Do you reckon it'll be worth keeping on the off chance we can make clothes at some point or has that ship sailed now that alpha is over and the sewing machine is basically just a useless item now?

No, anything you make cloth-wise is handeled by the Skiver machines, and Carol handles actual clothes, usually in the form of selling them to you for Gols, or exchanging Flexible Fiber for them, later on.

I'd save the basic sewing machine to give to Carol on her birthday, for an easy +54 relationship bonus, but since it doesn't even give stats when placed in your house, it'd really only good as a gift for Carol.
