I like how you can still bet on yourself to win, and if you're strong enough those are at least 3 guaranteed winning bets.

Also safe to say to not bet on Oaks.
His main attack is this spinning lunge that only has hit frames near the end, after he's likely slid right past his enemy.
His other attack is one where he jumps and smashes the ground if the opponent camps close to him, but he seems to get easily interrupted out of it.

higgins quite weak in combat, normally russo > civil corps > everyone else

few characters have cheating stonlock attack or cheating instant interrupt attack, you can reload first day of tournament as long as needed to guess everyone right, same with second day

you won't get kicked from tournament for reloading.

Russo is L50. I think he is a retired Navy Seal.

The Civl Corps are around L30.

Most of the Hulu Brothers, with one exception, are L23.

Mei would have won my last tournament...if she didn't have to face me. Kinda blew my mind when she beat up Sam with those tiny hand slaps. Lost that bet in a bad way.

The only thing I could figure is her Sombrero was really throwing everyone off. :D
