All missable achievements?
Just wanna get this out of the way, I do not care about spoilers. If the achievement that is missable is a spoiler, just spoil it for me, I do not care. All I care about is knowing what achievements that are missable and exactly how to get them so I can get those out of the way and enjoy the game. These are the missable achievements I know of:
1. City Transporter
2. Sparing Master
3. A fairy tale ending

Are there any other missable achievements out there? If so, please tell me what they are and how to get them.

'Power of science' might still be missable, if the conditions haven't changed. You get it for 'donating' datadiscs to the science center.
Basically once you reach the 10 disc blueprints, start giving Petra more than the required amount to speed up research. By that point you should have enough discs to spare.

- Maybe buying things from the science shop with discs counts to towards the total now though.

I got that one too, and yea buying stuff from the science shop, just like buying stuff from the church shop, will count towards the achievement for each of the 100 data disc donation achievements.

A lot of the achievements are missable, it all depends on your playstyle.
E.g. for some casual players, an achievement for buying the biggest plot of land might be missable, for me it isn't :)

You can find lists of the achievements here.

Btw: The one about "A true hotpot": just ignore people's wishes and keep tossing chili peppers into the hotpot.

Wait how is buying the biggest plot of land missable? Do you miss the option to buy it after some point in the game?

No, but I guess you can make do without it. If you don't like a bit plot of land but do like a very small house :) But achievements relating to Django's diner or the romance missions are pretty easy to miss.

You dont seem to understand what missable means
Missable means after a certain point in the game you can never get the achievement again if you dont get it before that point
To anyone else, please tell me if there are any other missable achievements, preferably someone who understands the meaning of missable achievement.

A missable achievement is one that is not a storyline achievement, that is a pretty well-established convention. And I've alreadly pointed you to an updated list of achivements. The vast majority of achievements in MTAP are missable.

Another term for the distinction is "story-related achievements" vs. "optional achievements".

You're still not really answering his question though, this is not what he's asking.

I'd say that certain achievements relateded to Charcaters' quests could be potentially missable.
Like Welcome to the Family could be missed if a certain event actually do happen (still not sure if that is true or only in the game data without being implemented in the game), and any achievement related to that character.
Not sure about First Love either, because not sure if you reject Mint's proposal once if he'd try again.
Not sure about Shooting off Fireworks, I got that one during a quest with Dr Xu, but if you reject the date if someone else could confirm can you watch fireworks with him in a normal date and still get the achievement, or is it meant just for the special event?

I did a quick count. Around 70 out of 91 achievements can be missed So the game is more like Europa Universalis 4 than Full Throttle where you get almost all of them by default.

You still do not understand what a missable achievement is, so let me explain it for you.
When you play a game, sometimes achievements can be missed. This is all fine when you can go back and get the achievement later on, however sometimes in games certain achievements can be missed and after being missed they will NOT be obtainable on that save file and you will HAVE to start an entirely new game to obtain those achievements.

Yes, there are plenty of achievements in the game that are not unlocked by only doing the main story missions, however most of these achievements can still be obtained after finishing the game. There are, however, achievements that can be missed permanently. So even after beating the game, you cannot go back and obtain these achievements on the same save file, meaning you will have to make a new save file to obtain these achievements.

So please, try to understand this concept and stop being stupid, because you are being very stupid right now and its helping nobody. Not me nor anyone else who may view this thread a while from now hoping to find a list of missable achievements will gain anything from your stupidity that you are putting on display in this thread. If for whatever reason you still cannot comprehend what I have just explained to you, please stop pretending like you are anything other than a bad gamer who is very bad at video games and therefore your word on subjects like this one is invalid and bad.

Thank you.

I've been playing video games since the early 1990s, and I'm an achievement hunter, so I quite know what a missable achievement is.

And I'm one of the unpaid people running the wiki, answering a lot of questions from people who don't care about reading documentation, or for searching through questions answered 100 times before or for reading the wiki and who has to take abuse for helping others. You're quite welcome, and quite right: helping others and taking abuse for that is quite insane, given that I could just sit in silence watching other people not being able to figure out their games and enjoy their frustrations.

And eventhough I have 400+ hours in this game, I still miss around 30 achievements. In contrast to 40+ other games where I've got 100%.

The troll is you, and you're now on my block list.

Thanks for all of the work you have done helping put together the wiki, and thanks for all the help you have given people on the forum, it is much appreciated, and as far as these trolls go it's pretty obvious to the rest of us that they are the stupid ones.
