Tempering Liquid, Valve and Mucus simulator.
I'm pretty late into the game, I've gone so far as to research materials and prices to see what makes the most money. I've categorized what is a "Farmed" item and what is a "Sustained" item and what are the most common SS commisions. After all of this I've came to the conclusion that it's best to farm the first dungeon every day, for Tempering Liquid, Valves and Mucus. The reason for farming these 3 items is for Ironwood Planks for many things, Large Pipes for Water Towers and Hardened Clay for everything big.

Looking back at my work, I thought to myself "Wow this is incredibly boring, why don't they change this?" And that's when I got the idea of making a suggestion or two here, and seeing other people's opinions.
My 1st suggestion is to not have a natural occuring resource like clay require Tempering Liquid, and instead require something else.
My 2nd suggestion is to allow the farming of some monsters in some way, like Slow Gooeys or Mr.Ladybugs for Mucus.

My 3rd suggestion and probably the one I prefer the most, is to have Mali quit and settle down in Portia and become a treasure hunter (or have one of the Civil Corp do this as a side job). Either way you can use her services like with the tree farm and mines, only instead you request her to go to a dungeon. She'll go there and clear out the monsters, and by the end of the week you BUY what she finds. It's slightly different than with the mines and tree farm so that it's useful for those who like to min-max when they play, and not so much for those who enjoy a more laid-back experience. It'll also help break up the monotonous "free stuff every day" routine as well.

Idk, I'm just sick of crafting Conductive Igneous Floor and farming the dungeon on the week days. Any thoughts?
