Where do I get rock salt??

I'm trying to make the bacon fish roll for gust but I can't get rock salt anywhere

I know you can buy it from Emily's stall during the winter festival. Not sure about year round, sorry!

I could buy a max of 5 of them at the Winter Solstice festival. But farming umbrellas for him or buying roses does the trick, too.

If you win first place in the fishing event you'll get 20 of them bacon fish rolls.

Easiest way to get rock salt is by hiring the civil corps to get it for you.

At some point in the game's main story line you will be able to commission the civil corps for various things. They can delve into the Hazardous Ruins you've completed and get you loot from there. They can also obtain individual items for you that you yourself have obtained at one point.

You can commission them to gather 15 Rock Salt for 300 Gols.
