"Player Attire Package DLC" it's stupid?
I bought it and I realized that I MUST take off the "clothes" I have now to wear the one you get from this DLC, the problem is that the stats of the DLC clothes are much lower than what I have (the one you buy of those sectarians, the church I think is called).
Is there any way to wear it without having to remove the previous one? In plan, that only visually affects the character but without obtaining the stats, as in Terraria there is a slot to put on clothes and only be seen visually, and another slot for the "armor" that you want the stats to work.

I don't think there's a feature for that yet if they intend to add it at all. If I'm wrong anyone else feel free to correct me and let me in on any options to do it. What you can do if you don't mind losing the original stats of the dlc clothes is when you get far enough in the game carol will have the option, once you get the quest to make her a new sewing machine and finish it, to upgrade/change the stats of clothes at the cost of certain materials. The quest will be called "Carol's Sewing Machine". Then you can revise the clothes at her shop.

Personally I wish you could stack the dlc clothes stats onto other clothes and keep the appearance.

I had my characters wear them for noncombat & have the other clothing available in inventory to change into quickly for combat. As @Kago mentions, the sewing machine can max the stats; However, I never did ~~ I had my builders wear them for dates or noncombat situations.

Doesn't the sewing machine you make for Carol allow you to upgrade your clothes.

Yeah it can, with certain materials it can. Will lose it's former stats to upgrade to a certain level. Here's a wiki link to help if curious about the exact deats.
