I'm actually gonna hold out for a little while just in case another solution turns up. Sure, it might be vain hope, but hey.
I'm starting to think Gust's master/mentor Verna, gave him QQ because she knew it was the only way the guy was going to get.. uh, married. Yeah, that might be a little harsh - my bad lol - but as far as I can tell Gust doesn't even like QQ, which makes this even worse. Like gosh, Gust, stop caling QQ stupid D: It's like the game is trying to intagonise me.
In the end, if no better resolve comes of this, I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and marry him. Things we do for a cute lil piggy.
Also his absurd amount of money, which in my experience washes away all flaws.
I'd be curious to know the percentage of people who ran up to Gust from behind when starting the game thinking he was a cute girl. Probably over 75%. :D
That is actually disturbing.... I read in some other thread about a player who had all three pets in there house. Didn't sound like they had this issue. If this is the case then there would be no point in marrying Gust. At least not for me. Unless I get to share in his wealth. But i mean even then, if he gives me extra Gols then I won't have to work for anything so, still, no point in marrying him if I dont get QQ hanging around the house more.
Same here :(. QQ stopped coming home after the release. Pinky and QQ lived together, that was cute...I hope that he will come home again!
Eh. Depends on how advanced your workshop is as to whether Gust is worth it. He gives out regular cash gifts that would have been super helpful back when I was trying to save up for upgrades. He also - with your permission - will change the theme of the walls and flooring about once a month for free. I think all of the NPCs have the same level of "romance" programmed into them at this point, so it's mainly a matter of which side benefits you prefer. As far as I know, Gust and Ginger are the only ones who come with cash incentives.
