How to optain research notes?

I want to buy some of these but on the Research Center Exchange there are no notes. Only the normal stuff... and yes i already built the factory...

I am playing this game the second time (last run was in the early access) and the last time i was able to buy them at the research exchange...

I have a video for you. Sorry but the game is in german. She tells me, that she want to sell me the notes and that i can upgrade my factory with the notes.

Petra mentions giving you research notes for discs when you take her disc option after she's researched everything. Didn't have the factory yet, so couldn't test it myself. But a possible lead for you.

She researched everything and she tells me, that she would sell me the notes but i can not buy them. Normally i should be able to buy them on the research center exchange...

Before release I could buy them from the research center.

Now, they're gone. But I don't have a factory yet, that might be it.

The same problem at my game.. I made a new save stat to make a new "full game" run and now i can not buy the notes. I already have all researches from petra and built the factory. I am going to build tier 2 of the factory.

Ok nevermind: After upgrading the factory to lvl 2 i can buy the research notes :D

I have my factory maxed out now but I am still not being allowed to buy research notes. They do not even appear in the register yet Petra keeps saying "Let me give you some research notes..." I have verified my files by steam and its still acting strange. Is there something else I am missing?

I wish Petra's script would change so that she doesnt mention the research notes till after you are able to get them. It makes it confusing, I was looking all around the lab for it only to find out online that it unlocks at a certain period.

Research Notes only become available for purchase the morning after completing Mission: Adventure of the Starlight Island.
Its a main mission, takes a while to get to but just be patient and enjoy playing, I have over 300 discs stocked up for when i get the mission completed lol.
