Where do I sell expensive clothing?

I have Traveller's equipment worth around 7k, but the NPCs in Portia can't afford it. Anywhere to sell them?

I sold my clothes to Sonia's store (Outside of the restaurant) because she usually has a lot of money compared to Carol's clothing store. I don't remember if you can sell clothes at the South Block or the Harbor Trade Station. It is best to sell clothes when the market is 130% imo (More $$) Or you can keep and store your clothes in a moving closet (From A&G) for decorating your house.

You could also purchase some things you will need in the future from them to increase their cash on hand, THEN sell the item.
