What are the most useful Relationship Perks to get?

Talking about Perks, I hope that they add more as a few woman that we could marry only have two perks, whilst others five or so. So I would like to see more perks.

Gale is the one I aimed at first. His friendship gives discounts to land purchases.

In order of importance, Arlo for crit chance, Antoine for more gol on commissions, Gale for land discounts.

Also Mint when he shows up, for obvious reasons.

Working on Gale for land discounts and Albert for less materials needed for homestead upgrades.

I'd add Ginger, Django, and Alice. All of them either give or sell items that can make raising your relationship level with others a whole lot easier. Stamina from Phyllis is nice, but only really if you make her a girlfriend. And Ack is extremely helpful, as they're making helpers better all the time. Saves a *lot* of time and hassle if you set up helpers right. Finally Sophie... you'll probably spend by far the most in her shop over time, so her discount is quite handy.
