When do the advanced clothing items show up in Carol's store? (possible spoilers)

Is there a storyline or level trigger after which the more "endgame" clothings (the ones that require flexible fibers) are available at the clothing store?

I've gotten my hands on some flexible fiber, and the wiki says that I should be able to trade them in at Carol's store for some clothing, but so far she doesn't offer any (her store has two "pages" but the second page only has two rugs). Any tips?

I think new ones show up after you reach certain levels, and they usually seem to require you to be at a higher level than that before you can actually wear them. For example, you can buy them when you are level 20, but the clothes are level 25, so you have to wait until you are level 25 to wear them.

Hmm, thanks, but I don't think that's it...the Gala outfit is level 15 (according to the wiki anyway), and I'm level 22 already!

you might have to be a little furthur along than lvl 22 to unlock different clothes in the
store but the gala outfit should be the first

Ah thanks, haven't gotten that quest yet. I'll keep an eye out for it and update the original post with the exact requirements if I can figure it out.
