Where do I find the stuff for flowery soap?

I need it for a quest and its very time sensitive. I know where to find fat (the bird things up near the sewage plant) but I have no clue where to find cinimin and it just says log for location and that isnt helpful.

I cant get to that area yet... is there no other way to get it I only have like 3 hours before the end of the day and the salesman likely leaves I can restart the day but I cant get up there.

You shouldn’t be given a quest for something if you can’t access the materials.

I’d check the wiki and if that’s no help, chances are you got a quest that you should not have.

Only area I have unlocked is the sewage area. That is as far as I have gotten.

Actualy managed to get the lift working in time. with like no time to spare.
