Where's Arlo?

I am on the mission, got the trap, I see at WOW industries, the red star for Arlo, but nothing

Did you show him the trap? If you did, he'll be located near the large building eastern of the hot spring.

Can someone tell me how to obtain or make the "trap device"? I assumed it was one of the two trapping boxes used for catching the colorful llamas but when I made one it didn't count it? I also never got any new blue prints or anything so...im stuck :(

Arlo gives you a green book for you to learn it. You need to craft it from the worktable in the 'Screw Icon'.

I got the green book and right clicked on it and it disappeared. I checked my worktable and there is no blueprint. I am also stuck

I'd suggest going back the day and see if it re-appears.

Wow, this only took me so much time because I thought I was supposed to go the Wow Industries Ruins where the red dot on the map is. The location is actual the ruins by the hot springs, enter the ruins and then you will see Alro and team.
