Tody locked out.

I'm getting my Social to the fullest lately, and with the Harbor part Tody ends locked out fo any interactions - but the game allowing you to take his Comissions.
Any chance it's gona be fixed in next Update? If not for interaction (tough the storyline gives a regat place for dialog here), then for the Commision at least?

Talking about ail... Huss and Tuss giving me 'Hope you like it in Portia' dialog when they're in there was really wierd.

Speaking of stuff not being accessible any idea if they are making it so relics quit spawning outside the walls of the mine, or inside the solid parts of the central pillar.

Tody will come free after a while. Someone said there will be a town meeting where they deceide what to do with him. But in my game he was simply walking around town again after a month or so...

As I remember it, Gale sends a letter to all residents saying that the warehouse on the dock has been set on fire. After Tody's arrest, he calls for a town meeting and states that he will be lenient on Tody, since he had shown remorse, and that Tody's environmental concerns were a legitimate political objection.

Gale's solution is to let the harbour project continue as planned, but that Starlight Island (that Tody often comments about) is to be turned into a nature preserve to offset the negative environmental impact of the new harbour.

I got the letter about Tody being arrested. But somehow I never got the town meeting. Did you also get a letter or just needed to be there at sunday night? Or was it already stated in the first letter?

This isn't always the case. I'm watching Lady Shelab's Final Release playthrough and he's been in lockup for months. The only interaction available is speaking to him (haven't seen a commission from him, at any rate).
He finally got released for his birthday...
