the Achevement Friends Everywhere

Hi ive got everyone but higgins to like me but ive still not got the achevement why? are we ment to get higgins to like us to to unlock? plese help.

I didn't need higgins when I got the achievement, you might need it a bit higher. I just got everyone who had a relationship perk that wasn't romantic to that level and got it, ignored everyone who didnt.

you may need a higher ranking (buddy or friend), or it is possible you are missing someone who was recently added. Check to see if you still have shadows on your list as well.

I've not gotten this achievement either and I'm a BFF with everyone in the town except Higgins

I'm all maxxed out as well, and don't have the achievement. I believe this has to do with being maxxed out on all before achievements were added (except for Scraps), but really I'm not sure.

No - since Scraps the dog was introduced, the list is one male greyed-out-character short.
That means you could still be missing one.

I got this achievement recently, you don't need Higgins but I have almost everyone as a buddy and 10 of them are my friends.

I've got everybody at BFF status except for Ginger and Yeye and they are close. I was assuming that everyone needed to be maxed out, but if you can get it at just buddy level I'm guessing it won't work for me either then

I got the achievement without having Yeye, she is associate for me. So maybe it won't work for you. I hope the devs fix this problem.

The reason why the achievement isn't unlocked for you was because it didn't want you to aim for the "BFF" status. It was looking at the minimum level that should be balance between 15 "Buddies" and 17 "Friends", so you don't really need to be friends to everyone since not "everyone" are friendly available.
