How many times do I need to craft bridge tower and steel beam?

As I said on the topic. I've done it once, and give it to Albert, but nothing happen.
Do I need to make it again? I mean I/m not sure if this is what the quest is or bug.
Sometimes, I need to wait too, but it/s many days in the game after I've done that.
I just saw the quest mention about 3 weeks time, do I need to wait until that? It's too long lol since I've completed the quest within 2 days in the game

I built the tower bridge+beam 3 times, and then i built the steel cable. Next day I saw the bridge assembled automatically.

I did 2x tower + bridge, then 2 times cable, then 2x lamps, then the brigde show up and I got the mail next day that i reached current end of a game ;) New quest just show up on commision board next day or 2 days after i finished alls from previous.

I see, Thank. I'll try it later. Sadly, it reaches the current end of the game, but this game is so cool. I can't wait for the update lol. Anyway, I still need to build the relationship though lol
