Comprehensive Grinder Uses?

So I just made the comprehensive grinder, but I don't really notice a difference between this one and the regular one; except maybe the ability to make copper wire. What are the uses of these things, trying to figure out if I'm missing something.

Making stuff from raw materials, no intermediate smelting step required since it smelts and crafts.

Sure, it's a bit slower, but the total time saved is enormous.

The comprehensive machines are even better once you combine them with the fire driven generators and conductive flooring. No more dealing with crystals.. no more collecting products just to shove more fuel in.. 80 wood is enough to power 2 of any machine for 8 days straight.

I just unlocked that myself, I'll have to try it out; I was so tired of gathering ~200 wood a day to power all my stuff.

I kinda wish the Comprehensive Grinder/Cutter had the option to use either ingots or raw ores as material. I really want to move to an all-Comprehensive build to streamline my workshop.

Similar wishes for a combined Grill/Cooking set, Skiver/Advanced Skiver, and Industrial/Electric Furnaces. But changing how Comprehensive recipes work would be most helpful and sensible, I think.

You know, I don't think that's a bad idea; having the option to use either raw mats or the crafted mats is pretty interesting!
