Albert (Romance Stuff)

I was just wondering if you guys are going to change Albert a bit, since it's preeetty discouraging if a guy keeps talking about some other girl and you're interested in dating him (imagine how extra ♥♥♥♥♥♥ this feels for a guy trying to date him, if there is a same-sex option).

He keeps talking about Ginger and even when he's your boyfriend he keeps going with it. Can he not at least stop then? I almost feel rude for having an interest in him, given Ginger is "the girl of his dreams" (direct quote from Albert).

I know the dialogues and some other things aren't done yet, but is this gonna stay? D:

I married Albert and then had to do the Ginger quest for him!!! Yep, we are divorced now. Hahaah!!

Here are the other lowkey side-ships in the game that I know of:

So far, those are the only ones I'm aware of. That sucks about Albert though, ugh. Bachelor-wise I think my main picks are Aadit and possibly Gust/Arlo at the moment. I haven't met Mint yet though, so who knows? As for the bachelorettes, I'm leaning towards Nora, Petra, and Mei. Cutie pies.

LMAO "I purposefully dress down," he says, as I stare at what look to be pretty nice shoes and a dress shirt and vest combo. No one wears a vest to "dress down" unless they're freakin' early 2000s Avril Lavigne in a shirt with a faux vest front attached.

Don't get too many ideas. Dawa owns the tree farm. Aadit is just a farm hand.

Before I was married to Paulie, I took Albert on a date, all he did was looking at other women, so that told me, and talking all about Ginger. So we just friends

Yeah that's the trouble with adding in lines like this. I like how Stardew Valley handled Alex with this. *spoiler for that* He says he never felt like this for the (male) player before, and he kept telling himself that he can't have these feelings towards another guy but his heart was telling him something else and then you can respond and its all cute. It doesn't have to be exactly that but you get what I am saying I hope. Hopefully if a dialogue patch is still planned you guys do some fine tuning to the heart lines for each heart so people like Albert can show growth towards you.

I actually got the Ginger quest he has right when I was considering to work in improving my relation with him and it's suuuper discouraging, because I was constantly feeling like "I may be interfering" and like I said, even now that he is my BF he keeps going on about Ginger and during the quest he says how she is his dream girl and stuff. I mean, it's one thing if he likes to go on dates with women (something in his description said that), but damn, way to make a girl feel unimportant and like he'll still constantly be thinking about Ginger when he's with you. D:

Can the lines be changed to that he likes you much more when you get closer and maybe the quest should spawn veeery early, so you don't have to feel ♥♥♥♥♥♥ for "invading"? Something like that? ^^°

For me it pretty much came down to either Albert or Xbalanque, err, Papa Bear's son. I forgot his name. The other guys all pretty much look the same and I feel like they're way older, which just feels funny since the main character looks like a kid still. At least there are plenty of cute girls to pick from, but I wanted to go for a guy this time around.

I took Albert on a date, all he did was look at other women, and spoke about Ginger, so I let be as bf. And he will betray you and talk crap about Gust too. and Gust trust him, Albert will use you for him to get closer to Ginger. I didn't do the other quest, the book he wanted me to get for Ginger, the journey to the East. at the round table.

It was really awkward when I married Ginger and did Albert's first quest to help him woo her ._. I started his quest and ran back to my house to talk to her and she introduced herself again to me like we had never met
