The balloon game seems to be the best way to make tokens too

Just spam the shots until it ends for 5-7 can be done pretty quick and is reliable

The dart board was easier for me than the ballons.

Darts is definitely the way to go if you want quick tokens. Once you get used to the rapid aim you can get 20 tokens every 8-10 seconds. Even if you miss one every now and then it's still 12 tokens.
